These are a list of the foods I eat and tell my clients to eat versus the food I avoid and tell my clients to avoid when they are trying to lose fat.
Foods To Eat For Fat Loss:
- Fruit
- Vegetables
- Chicken
- Lean Meat
- Eggs
- Beans
- Brown Rice
- Potatoes
Foods That Must Be Limited For Fat Loss:
- Candy
- Donuts
- Pastries
- Pizza
- French Fries
- Sugary Drinks
- Fast Foods
- Processed Foods
Keep in mind if you are trying to lose fat, you have to be in a caloric deficit. If you get your nutrition in check, this will allow you to lose fat accordingly.
